Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CarSee’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
CarSee provides AI-powered vehicle damage and condition assessment. Our technology analyzes vehicle imagery and related data to produce reports and estimates. The service is offered via web, API, and integrated solutions as described in your agreement.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing photos and data of sufficient quality and accuracy for the service to function. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm CarSee, its partners, or third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
CarSee owns the AI models, software, branding, and related intellectual property. You receive only the rights explicitly granted in your agreement (e.g. to use reports for your business). No ownership of our technology is transferred to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
Reports and outputs are advisory and for support in decision-making. They do not constitute legally binding vehicle assessments or guarantees. CarSee’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and as set out in your contract.
6. Termination
We or you may terminate access in accordance with your agreement. On termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability, IP) will remain in effect.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, unless another jurisdiction is specified in your contract. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes as required by your agreement or by law. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
